Medicare can be quite overwhelming as you sort through your options and try to figure out what healthcare plan you need. For many of us, it’s the first time we really have to read the fine print, compare plans, and understand the different options available to us. But don’t worry, we’ve done the hard work for you and summarized Medicare in simple terms to help you find your best options. Don't settle for shopping from a limited number of Medicare plans. It only takes a few minutes to compare all of your Medicare options. We know since we’re from Howell County, every dollar counts. Compare plan premiums side-by-side and make sure you're getting the lowest rate possible for the Medicare plan you want. Medicare health and drug plans can make changes each year—things like cost, coverage, and what providers and pharmacies are in their networks. October 15 to December 7 is when all people with Medicare can change their Medicare health plans and prescription drug coverage for the following year to better meet their needs. People in a Medicare health or prescription drug plan should always review the materials their plans send them, like the “Evidence of Coverage” (EOC) and “Annual Notice of Change” (ANOC). If your plans are changing, you should make sure your plans will still meet your needs for the following year. If you’re satisfied with your current plan for next year and it’s still being offered, you don’t need to do anything.  If you're looking for help, we have people standing by. There is no-obligation to call.

Hospital Indemnity

*There are two kinds of people who leave the hospital: one who has a bill, and one who does not.*

If your primary plan. whether it that's a Group/Employer, Medicare, or an Advantage Plan, has major deductibles, co-pays, or co-insurance, you'll end up paying those bills. Some plans, like Medicare Advantage, have a maximum stop loss out of pocket such as $6,700. Other plans like Group, have higher limits, or with Medicare alone-the sky's the limit!

Most retired or striving to retire folks, don't want that kind of liability to worry about. The soultion? If you haven't had a hospital stay in the last year or a chronic condition, you could take less than 1% of that impossible hospital bill and get a plan to plug those gaps.

We've helped hundreds of clients to leave the hospital with no financial worry. Let us show YOU how to do the same.

Attention Small Business Owners with Insurance Questions

Small business are faced with more challenges than ever when it comes to insuring themselves and their employees. The Marketplace is a new way to find quality health coverage. It can help self-employed individuals and small business owners if you don’t have coverage now or if you have it but want to look at other options

Health plans offered through the Marketplace are offered by private insurance companies. They all cover the same essential health benefits. Plans cannot turn you away or charge you more because you or your employees have an illness or medical condition. All plans must cover treatments for these conditions. Health insurers also aren't allowed to charge women more than men for the same health plans, and many preventive services are covered at no cost to you.

Trust your local health insurance experts to get you and your business pointed in the right direction. Call or email for more information.

Record Start for ACA plans

Only two weeks in to the Open Enrollment Period for individual and family health plans and we've already enrolled more than twice as many households as last year. Don't miss the boat! We only have until December 15th to get you coverage that goes into effect January 1st. If you enrolled in a plan last year you'll want to review your coverage for price changes and network limitations before next year.

If you did not enroll in a health plan last year and don't qualify for an exemption you may be faced with a penalty at tax time this year, next year the penalty will be more...Because every household is different, shopping for health coverage on the marketplace can seem daunting, but it doesn't have to be. Let us answer your questions about the Affordable Care Act and how it affects you.
